Dean Hurst Coaching uses the information you enter to calculate an estimated daily calorie and macro target and send the result you request.

What we keep

Your email address, request dates, a copy of your results email and sending status are stored in our private calculator contact database. Age, weight, height, sex and activity entries are processed to calculate your results; they are not stored in that contact database.

Who processes it

The app's hosting and database services process the calculator request. Resend delivers the email and processes your address, results email and delivery information. Contacts can be viewed and exported only through Dean's signed-in coach account.

Training tips and coaching offers

The checkbox for training tips and offers is optional and starts unchecked. If selected, we send a separate confirmation link in your results email. Only after you confirm do we mark you as subscribed. The wording, version and request and confirmation dates are recorded. You can unsubscribe through your email's preference link.

Your choices

You can receive calculator results without joining the marketing list. You can contact deanhurstpt@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your calculator records, or ask about how long they are kept. Calculator contacts are retained for handling your requests; marketing contacts remain until you withdraw consent or ask for removal.

Technical protection

We use request limits and hashed network identifiers to reduce automated email abuse. Temporary rate-limit records expire after their hourly window. No marketing emails are sent by the calculator itself.
