Dean Hurst Coaching uses this quiz to suggest a next step and, when you ask, respond to your coaching enquiry. The quiz is for adults aged 18 and over.

What is stored

Your name, email address, training goal, available days, experience, preferred support, start timeframe, recommendation, request dates and follow-up preference are saved in a private contact database. If you arrive through a tagged link, its source and campaign labels are recorded so Dean can see which posts bring enquiries. We do not request body measurements or medical information in this quiz.

What happens next

Your result appears on screen. No email is sent automatically by this quiz. If you tick the optional contact box, Dean can email you about your goals and coaching options. Leaving it unticked means no follow-up has been requested. This quiz does not sign you up to a newsletter or marketing list.

Access and retention

Our hosting and database services process and store your answers. Only Dean’s signed-in coach account can view or export quiz records. New enquiries that have not progressed and closed enquiries are removed after 180 days when the quiz next receives a submission. Other enquiries are kept while Dean handles the conversation. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your choices

Email deanhurstpt@gmail.com to ask about your information, correct your answers, withdraw your contact request or request deletion. You can also explore the website and app without completing the quiz.

Technical protection

The form uses server validation, a hidden spam field and temporary rate limits. A hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention; temporary rate-limit records expire after their hourly window.
